Honeybaked Shipping


We work hard to ensure freshness, and perfection in all of our products. Our perishable products are frozen prior to shipping, and may arrive frozen, partially or fully thawed, depending upon item, method of shipment, and destination.

Most orders are delivered Tuesday through Friday via General Delivery Services. We cannot ship to incomplete addresses or to post office boxes. Since our products are perishable, please be sure that the recipients will not be out of town and that we have a telephone number for each destination, as the Delivery Service will leave the package at their residence. (Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages left unattended.)

Heating & Serving Your HoneyBaked Ham®
Your ham is already fully-cooked and ready to enjoy, and is best served at room temperature for the fullest flavor. If you wish to heat your ham, please do so gently. Heat only the slices you plan to serve - not the entire ham, as repeated heating will dry out the ham and alter the flavor. If using a conventional oven, cover the portion of ham to be used with foil and warm the slices at 275ºF for about 10 minutes per pound. Individual slices may also be warmed in a skillet.
