There is a lot that we do behind the scenes to make sure that your order arrives as fresh and beautiful as the minute we made it. Whether it is our HoneyBaked Ham, a full HoneyBaked Dinner, a delicate dessert, or any of our other gourmet fare, we guarantee it will arrive in perfect order. After all, we want you and your gift recipients to taste the care and pride we put into every HoneyBaked item we make. That’s why our packaging process is best in the business.

We utilize UPS to guarantee delivery and ensure that your packages arrive in the best possible condition and in the timeliest manner. Due to the perishability of our products, they are shipped flash frozen (which means they're frozen very quickly at a very low temperature). You, or your recipients, will want to allow 24-36 hours to thaw your product before you plan to serve it.

Delivery Information

Most orders are delivered Tuesday through Friday via General Delivery Services. We cannot ship to incomplete addresses or to post office boxes. Since our products are perishable, please be sure that the recipients will not be out of town & that we have a telephone number for each destination, as the Delivery Service will leave the package at their residence. (Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages left unattended.)

Delivery Dates

When placing your online order, please allow 3 – 5 business days for standard delivery, or indicate the date in the future that you would like your order to be delivered by. We will schedule delivery to arrive as close as possible to your requested date. Should you need to guarantee delivery before 3 – 5 business days, or on a particular date, please call us toll free at 1-800-854-5995 (M-F 10:30am - 6:00pm PST and Sat 10:00am - 5:00pm PST) for priority shipping options and pricing. 

Addresses

We cannot ship to  P.O. BoxesAPO or FPO addresses. Be sure all addresses are correct and include daytime phone numbers for each recipient. If the address is incorrect, we cannot be responsible for packages shipped to a wrong address. It will be the sender’s responsibility to cover the costs for reshipment of a product in the event that we were provided with an incorrect address.

Rush Delivery

If you require a fresh ham shipped Priority Overnight, please call 1-800-854-5995 for pricing and to place your order. 

Changes and Cancellations

All changes affecting your order must be received at least 7 days before your requested arrival date.

What To Do If Your Order Arrives Early

Our perishable products are shipped flash frozen to ensure freshness and quality during shipment and may arrive partially frozen. We will schedule delivery to arrive on or before your requested date. If your package arrives before your requested delivery date, as long as the item is cool to the touch upon arrival, you may serve, refrigerate or refreeze it immediately with confidence. We recommend allowing 24-36 hours to thaw our products so you will want to schedule your delivery dates accordingly. 

Prices

We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible, but because of market conditions all prices are subject to change without notice. 

Gift Messages

Your specific greeting of up to 3 lines of 40 characters each will appear on the shipping label of the package. We cannot accept greeting or business cards. If no greeting is indicated for an item being sent to someone other than yourself, the message will read "From…(name and/or company)".

Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express when placing your order online. We cannot accept cash, nor can we ship COD. Payment is due at the time the order is placed. If you have a paper Gift Certificate you would like to use, call us.  You must first place your order on a credit card, then mail us your certificate. When we receive the certificate, we will credit your card for the amount of the certificate. When mailing your certificate, please include a note indicating your confirmation number and that you would like to apply it to your card so that we do not duplicate your order.
